Tenant(s) paying by cheque or standing order will be charged £24.00 including vat each time the payments are referred or advised to be re-presented by the bankers as unpaid.
If the rent is in arrears for a period longer than 14 days an administration fee of £42.00 including vat will be charged. If payment is still not received by the 24th day after the rent is due, an additional charge of £42.00 including vat will be made and if it still not paid by the day preceding the next due date an additional £42.00 including vat will be charged. This is applicable for each month the rent is in arrears.
If your rent is increased and your standing order is not altered to reflect the increase you will be charged and administration fee of £24.00 including vat per month until the correct amount is received.
In the event of this Agreement being terminated before the end of the stated period by the Tenant in anyway, the Tenant agrees to pay the full cost of re-letting the Property and pay loss of rent incurred by the Landlord as a result of the Tenant’s action(s), plus an Early Termination Charge being £300.00 including vat
Swear of the DPS Statutory Declaration should the deposit go into the Single Claim Status £36.00 including vat.
There are no fees payable by the tenant for re-signing of tenancies, registering deposits, check ins & check outs.
